About Christina

I have lived in North Carolina since 1976. Enjoying travel, I’ve sailed throughout the South Pacific and Caribbean and traveled to India, Pakistan, Thailand, parts of Europe, and New Zealand. I also enjoy biking, hiking, and rafting. I have one daughter who graduated from Georgia Tech in Atlanta Georgia and has embarked on a career as a pilot.

 

As required I do continuing education, however, I take it to the next level by completing different designations to better serve your real estate needs. I have the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute), and most recently my SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). I am licensed in three states, NC, SC, and TN. My educational background is; engineering at the University of Tennessee, design at Moore College of Art and the Marymount University of Virginia, as well as a semester in Italy, and lastly, receiving a Masters's in Banking and Finance from Boston University.

 

Get me excited about a subject, my Italian side comes out and my hands start talking for me, my Austrian side is going to want to bake you a cake.
